Description Positions Summary

  • As an Inside Account Representative, you will be responsible for positioning yourself as a sales team support member, driving increased category-specific awareness and sales through outbound cold calls and inbound lead follow up to exiting Staples customers

Primary Responsibilities

  • Proactively making outbound calls for specific hardware category products to current Staples clients.

  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas and profit objectives through daily activity

  • Participate in category-specific sales training and current knowledge of accounts and industries

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

  • Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; including communicating expected delivery dates and expectations

  • Communication to FSD’s on account activities

Qualifications Basic:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to assist with uncovering, developing and closing sales

  • Must be results-oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities

  • Demonstrated strong time management skills

  • Proficient computer skills:Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM
