The Client Services Coordinator role is an integral part of the facility sales model designed to collaboratively assist our sales specialists. This role is a sales resource that will assist and support the B2B sales teams within their existing customer base.
The Client Services Coordinator will primarily be focused on supporting the B2B Inside Account Management team while learning the facilities industry through education and development with Customer Care, Products, Solutions, Distribution, Sourcing and Technical Training Team.
Work directly with B2B Account Manager team to support and pursue opportunities to drive further customer category penetration via telephone as needed
Contribute to the development of solutions and proposals for transactional facilities opportunities
Focus on customer support and the following activities:
Assist with Target growth in assigned accounts
Assist in product related questions
Assist with installation related questions
Be the first point of contact for all customer-related escalation activities
Work in a team selling environment to collaboratively participate in strategic account planning meetings as needed
Develop selling skills of qualifying, strategizing, sales call tactics, closing, and maintaining service levels
Learn the primary Staples operating platforms
Ad Hoc Support - includes requests, manager and leadership team for account and departmental initiatives
Service Level adherence to all key tasks including, pricing, communication and follow-up
Minimum 2-3 years related Sales or Sales Support work experience
Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to develop and close sales
Must be results oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities
Demonstrate strong time management skills
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
